MACAROON TOWERS
Macaroon Towers are ideal for Weddings and big celebrations. You select the colours and flavours to suit the colour scheme and decor theme of your event. Be advised that certain fillings are not suitable for towers. Email us for suggestions and advice.

Grande Tower: Approximately 220 Macaroons

Finished size approximately: 60cm (height) x 30cm (base diameter)

The towers are assembled in our kitchen and packaged securely in a box for collection. (No delivery option available for towers as they are too fragile)
The cone is secured to a cake board, so it is easy to handle and can be placed directly on the client’s cake stand.

Toppers
We can supply personalised wood, mirror or perspex toppers at an additional price. (To be quoted on)
Cake Stand
We do not supply cake stands, nor do we arrange for cake stand rentals. Clients are requested to source their own cake stands.
Ribbon
If clients wish to have a decorative ribbon on the Tower, please send us a photo of your idea or colour scheme.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Orders for towers must be placed 14 days in advance.
A 50% deposit is required on order to secure the order. Balance of payment or proof thereof to be submitted 2 days prior to the event.
Cancellation fee: If the order is cancelled 14 days prior to the event date then a refund of the deposit minus costs incurred for purchasing or ordering hardware and materials will be given. If the order is cancelled less than 7 days to the date of the event, then the deposit will not be refunded.
The tower MUST be kept REFRIGERATED, unless the ambient temperature is less than 21˚C. The client MUST ensure that they have sufficient space in their refrigerator to accommodate the tower after collection and prior to serving.
Once the tower has been received in good order by the client, Nicole’s Macaroons will not be held liable for any damage to the tower, that may occur through the transporting or handling of the tower by the client, or that may result from the tower not being kept at specified temperatures.
